What you are buying. TOOLWARS sells scheduled advertising placement: ranked listings on public season leaderboards and time-boxed featured slots ("Throne hours"). Every payment maps to an identifiable, delivered advertising placement recorded in a timestamped delivery log, and every captured payment is invoiced (sequential series, available from your payment confirmation page).
- Season bids are cumulative. A bid buys ranked placement for your listing on a category board; placement time already delivered at your rank is the service. Being outbid later is not a loss of your purchase — you keep everything already delivered, and your listing remains on the board at its new rank for the rest of the season. Rebidding pays only the difference.
- Throne hours. The highest captured bid when a slot's auction closes takes the slot. A slot that cannot be delivered is automatically replaced or credited. A sitting placement is never removed before its end time.
- No chance, no prizes, no payouts. Rank is determined solely by cumulative paid amounts (ties break by payment authorization timestamp, then lowest payment intent id). There are no prize pools, no cash rewards, no payouts to visitors or participants, and no fees for the act of bidding itself.
- Delivery shortfalls are compensated in platform credit usable on future placements — never in cash beyond statutory rights.
- Audience. The service is directed at businesses purchasing advertising (B2B). Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected by anything in these terms.
- Right of withdrawal (consumers). Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Because placement begins immediately after payment, checkout asks for your express request for immediate performance and your acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(a), Directive 2011/83/EU). If you withdraw before full performance, you pay a proportionate amount for the placement time already delivered and the remainder is refunded.
- Listings. Unclaimed directory entries use public information; owners may claim or request takedown at any time via contact — takedowns are honored same-day.
- Integrity. Fabricated engagement, paying for clicks, and abuse of the click pipeline are prohibited and void the related placements.
Reporting illegal or infringing content (notice & action)
To report a listing or content you consider illegal or infringing (e.g. trademark or copyright misuse), email karel@zerobuild.me with: the URL, an explanation of why the content is unlawful, your name and contact, and a statement that your report is made in good faith. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay — takedown requests for unclaimed listings are honored same-day — and tell you the outcome and how to contest it.
For business users (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 — "P2B")
- Ranking transparency: the main parameter — the only parameter — determining paid rank is the cumulative amount of captured bids; its relative importance is total. See the methodology.
- Changes to these terms affecting business users are announced at least 15 days in advance (longer where changes require technical adaptation); continued use after the notice period is acceptance. Changes required by law may apply sooner.
- Restriction or suspension: if we restrict, suspend or delist a business user's paid listing, we provide the affected business a statement of reasons (also required by Art. 17 of the Digital Services Act) and how to contest it. Takedown of an unclaimed directory entry at its owner's request is honored same-day and is not a sanction.
- As a small enterprise (Recommendation 2003/361/EC), the operator is exempt from the P2B internal complaint-handling and mediation systems (Arts. 11–12) but handles complaints via karel@zerobuild.me voluntarily.
